RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  1. You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped and your entire order amount will be refunded.
  2. In case you want to cancel an order once it has been shipped please refer to our ‘returns policy’.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  1. Returns and Exchange Policy
    • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the shipped date. We offer returns/exchanges (credit-only, no refund) for unused items within 10 days of your purchase with receipt of proof of purchase.
    • The products, to be eligible for an exchange or credit, must be returned unworn with tags intact, unaltered and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and customer documents (if applicable).
    • We only offer refund/ exchange for regular priced items. Sale items and personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  2. Return of Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
    • If you receive damaged, defective or the wrong product(s), please return the merchandise within 10 days from the shipped date to our online returns address mentioned below with (i) details of the product; (ii) defect; and (iii) receipt of proof of purchase.
    • Upon receipt of the damaged, defective or the wrong product, we will examine the product and notify you via email, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, the replacement product shall be shipped to you within 3 business days of our email to you.
  3. How to Return
    • If you want to return our merchandise, package and return it to the following online returns address: 401/402, Kshitij Building, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai- 400 058.
    • Contact our customer service team at support@houseofaccessories.in to schedule a return pick up. Subsequently your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you. If you are personally couriering the return merchandise, we will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached with the shipment. Please note that only standard carrier services will be refunded with pre-approved rates.
    • All products to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original contents and packaging intact. Returns/ exchanges that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be credited in this case.
    • Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, a quality check will be performed. If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount of your purchase as credit in your account (if you have created one). If you have not created an account, please email us at support@houseofaccessories.in.
    • The return credit in your account will be valid for 6 months on www.houseofaccessories.in.
    • Notifications with the status of return will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
