SHIPPING & HANDLING:

 

Q) When will my House Of Accessories order ship?

We usually take 3 business days (Monday- Friday) to process orders. Customized or pre-ordered products may take longer for delivery. The items will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch. The pre-order duration varies from item to item.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally as yet.

Q) Will someone call me before delivering my order?

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once the order has been shipped and you will receive an SMS from the delivery company once your parcel is out for delivery.

Q) Do I have to register to shop on House Of Accessories?

No, you do not have to necessarily register to shop with us. Although, by registering we can help make your shopping experience seamless and convenient. You can register yourself by clicking the ‘Create an account’ button on the top right of our homepage.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE:


Q) Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. You will only be able to cancel an order if your merchandise has not been dispatched. If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund the order amount.

Q) What is the procedure to return something I bought?

We offer a 10 day no questions-asked (credit only, no refund) for unused items only that still have the attached tag. Goods without the tag will be considered worn and used and will not be eligible for refund. There will be no returns or exchanges for personalized items or SALE items.

Our easy 2 step return-

2. Contact our customer service team at @ to schedule a return pick up. Subsequently your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you

Q) Can I exchange an item with another one from your website?

If your order has been processed, we cannot refund money back. In this case, you will be given a credit amount (same as billed amount) and you can shop worth that same amount on our website.

Q) How will I know if you have received the return package?

Once you have sent us the parcel, allow us approximately 5 business days to confirm the receipt of the same. Notifications with the status of return will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

Q) I want something that’s sold out. How can I get this?

If an item you want is sold out on the website, please get in touch with us with the product details and we will do our best to help.

Q) How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.

GIFT CARD:


Q) How can I buy a gift card?

You can choose from a gift card of INR 500, INR 1000 or INR 1500 and purchase it by filling in your payment details (only online payment applicable for this). You can leave the details of the person you want to gift this to. They will receive a digital version of this via e-mail and can use the code on it to shop for the gift card amount.

Q) How can I redeem a gift card?

At check out, you can enter the code on your digital gift card and redeem it.

Q) How long is my gift card valid for?

Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
